I’ve been a successful Personal Trainer for over 20 years. I’m dedicated to helping individuals make their fitness goals a reality with a focused approach on diet, nutrition and training.
I am passionate about helping as many people as I can achieve a healthy lifestyle. I train people of any age, at a variety of fitness levels and I work with kids or adults that have disbabilities, including down syndrome and autistism.
